One-hour documentary takes an analytical look at the history of sexuality in the African American community dating back to slavery, the reconstruction era, and the early stages of the eugenics movement to sterilize blacks.

Woven into the film's storyline are profiles of several black women who endured through the challenges of teenage pregnancy from the decades of the 1960s through 2000s, with each of the subjects moving on to eventually obtain their college education and move on in life.
