Documentary takes an in-depth look into the history of a popular post-season basketball tournament that featured the greatest high school players and coaches to ever compete in the Northern California region.

The TOC as it was known, was played each March at UC Berkeley's Harmon Gym from 1947 to 1966, then at the Oakland Coliseum from 1967 to 1980.  The tournament was considered the Super Bowl of high school basketball for the area until California finally brought back the CIF state championships in 1981.

The classic FOX SportsNet documentary features NBA stars Bill Cartwright, Phil Chenier, Paul Silas, Joe Ellis and a host of others.
